A Semi Dedicated Server is a partition of a larger server which acts completely independent, almost identical to a dedicated server -- it has its own Operating System, root (master) access, and can be rebooted independently. Like a Dedicated Server, the backing up and backups of your Semi-Dedicated server is YOUR responsibility. You have the tools to backup your Semi-Dedicated server at any time, or if you want we can take a snapshot of the Semi-Dedicated server for you and send it to you. So again we DO NOT backup your Semi-Dedicated server. You must do this. You are taking on all responsibilities for your data or its loss.
